1. Processing Time

All Aurafy products are made on demand. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–7 business days for your item to be produced and prepared for shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Aurafy works with trusted fulfillment and shipping partners to deliver your orders. Carriers may include USPS, FedEx, DHL, or equivalent local carriers depending on your region.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Aurafy is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we will do our best to assist.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address
