Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Products
All of our products are made on demand, meaning each item is custom-produced at the time of your order. As a result, we do not hold inventory, and production begins immediately upon purchase. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously and stand behind every product we sell. In the event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, we will make it right. Eligible claims include items that arrive with print defects, physical damage, or manufacturing errors.
To initiate a claim, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
Upon review, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds and replacements will not be issued for orders where the correct item was delivered in good condition, including cases involving personal preference, sizing issues, or shipping delays outside our control.
