AURAFY — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order through Aurafy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our store.

2. About Our Products

Aurafy is a print-on-demand store. All products are custom-made at the time of purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production begins immediately and items are made specifically for you.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
  • Aurafy reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled as production begins promptly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — not guarantees.
  • Aurafy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Aurafy does not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. Approved claims will receive a replacement or full refund. 6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Aurafy store, including logos, product designs, graphics, and text, is the property of Aurafy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurafy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Your personal information is collected and used solely to process your orders and improve your shopping experience.
